Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 16, 2026 · Version 2.1
Summary: We collect only what we need to provide the service. Your content belongs to you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. Registered users can find a more detailed version of this policy inside app.praxitude.ai under Legal.
Enabling Learning LLC, operating as Praxitude AI, ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website praxitude.ai and the platform at app.praxitude.ai. This policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Information we collect
When you interact with us we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email, organization, role, and any message you send us.
- Marketing-site analytics: pages visited, device type, general geographic region (anonymous, aggregate).
- For app users: account profile, learner responses and performance data, audio recordings of practice responses, and documents your institution chooses to upload.
2. How we use information
To respond to your inquiries, provide the service to your institution's users, generate AI-powered feedback, track learner progress for authorized instructors, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data, show it to advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
3. AI processing
Our platform uses AI to evaluate responses, generate feedback, and help institutions turn their own training documents into structured content. We use third-party AI services from Anthropic and OpenAI for this processing.
Your content is not used to train AI models. Both Anthropic (Commercial Terms) and OpenAI (Enterprise Privacy) contractually commit that API data is not used to train their models. We do not fine-tune on customer data and do not opt into any exception to this commitment.
4. Data isolation
Each customer's data is logically isolated from every other customer's. If two competing organizations use the platform, neither can see the other's content, learners, or AI responses. Registered users and enterprise prospects can request technical detail (available under NDA).
5. Sub-processors
We share data only with a named set of service providers:
- Anthropic — AI inference (United States)
- OpenAI — AI inference and audio transcription (United States)
- Hetzner — Hosting and data storage (European Union)
- SiteGround — Marketing site hosting and email (European Union)
- Google Analytics — Marketing site analytics only
Each is bound by our data-protection requirements. Material changes to this list are posted at least 30 days before they take effect.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics on the marketing site (anonymous, aggregate). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you have an active agreement with us, plus a short period afterward for backups and legal requirements. On termination, we delete your data from production within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and strong authentication for platform staff. We commit to a 72-hour breach notification for customers under contract. We are not yet SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified (Type II audit planned for 2027). We are not HIPAA-certified — a separate Business Associate Agreement is required before any protected health information is processed.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email info@praxitude.ai with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 15 business days.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): Praxitude acts as a Service Provider. We do not sell or share your Personal Information. Same contact above.
10. International data transfers
Our hosting is in the European Union (Germany); our AI sub-processors are US-based. For EEA/UK/Swiss customers whose data transfers to the United States, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures.
11. Children's privacy
Praxitude AI is designed for university-level and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).
12. Changes
Material changes are posted here with at least 30 days' notice to customers under contract. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
