Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Praxitude AI, operated by Enabling Learning LLC. It works alongside our Terms of Service. For purchases made under an institutional or enterprise agreement, the terms of that written agreement govern and take precedence over this page.

1. Online seat purchases (self-serve)

Online course purchases are covered by the money-back guarantee shown at checkout (for courses sold through Hotmart, the 7-day guarantee displayed at the Hotmart checkout applies). If Praxitude is not the right fit, request a refund within that period for any purchase that has not yet been substantially used (for example, with no completed graded practice). Purchases that have already been substantially used during the period are non-refundable, but you can still cancel any future renewal as described below.

2. How to request a refund

Email info@praxitude.ai from the address used to purchase, with the subject "Refund Request," and include your name, organization (if any), and the approximate purchase date. We confirm within 5 business days.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Online purchases in Latin America are processed by our merchant of record, Hotmart, which issues the refund and any tax document (factura); direct purchases on EnablingLearning.com are processed by Stripe. After approval, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellation and renewal

Seats are sold for a 12-month term. A self-serve seat purchase does not automatically renew unless you explicitly enroll in a renewing plan. If you are on a renewing plan, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current term except as described in Section 1.

5. Institutional and enterprise agreements

Access purchased through a university, company, or partner program is governed by the written agreement between your organization and Enabling Learning LLC. Fees under those agreements are non-refundable unless the agreement states otherwise. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for institutions are set in that agreement.

6. Problems and exceptions

If a technical problem on our side prevents access and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will extend your term or issue a fair refund. We may decline refund requests that are fraudulent or that abuse this policy.
